We are heartbroken by the recent passing of Leanne Vasey, whose life ended tragically in Newsham Park, Liverpool. Her loss has deeply affected many, and as a community, we want to come together to honour her memory and offer support to those who loved her most.

On Sunday 10th August 2025, we’ll be holding a community walk around Newsham Park to remember Leanne and show support for her family and friends. The walk will end at the tree where flowers and tributes have been left, offering a space for anyone who wishes to reflect or pay their respects.

This fundraiser has been set up alongside the walk to raise money for Leanne’s family during this incredibly difficult time. All donations will go directly to those closest to her, helping to ease any financial pressures and show that they are not alone in their grief.

We already have a group of people taking part in the walk, and we warmly welcome anyone else who would like to join, contribute, or simply attend on the day. Whether you’re walking, donating, or sharing—every gesture is valued.
