On January 27th, 2025, tragedy struck our family. Our beloved Latoia Philpott was taken away from her children, siblings, parents, friends, and community. Our family is still trying to process this horrific, vicious attack.
Latoia will be profoundly missed. She was loving, caring, dedicated, silly, and so much more. She loved her children more than life itself. She leaves behind 5 children, who are constant reminders of the outstanding person she was.
Not only was she important to her family, but she was also important to her community. Latoia owned a childcare center where she impacted the many lives of kids and their families. As a result of this unforeseen event, donations are being accepted on behalf of her family.
