It is with heavy hearts that we share the unexpected passing of Larry Rhoades, at just 64 years old. Larry was found at home, and his sudden loss has left his family and loved ones completely devastated.

Larry was a devoted husband, a loving father, and the best grandpa to Kayla, Amia, and Antonio - a role he wore proudly. He was also a loyal friend to so many, the kind of man who showed up, worked hard, and quietly took care of the people he loved.

A lifelong hard worker, Larry owned and operated his own construction company, providing not just for his family, but stability and security through his dedication and work ethic. He was the sole provider for his household, supporting his wife Karen, and his sudden passing brings not only heartbreak but an unexpected loss of income during an already overwhelming time.

Outside of work, Larry loved riding his motorcycle, spending time with his family, and he had a soft spot for a good meatloaf (which always made people smile). He lived simply, worked honestly, and loved deeply.

Unfortunately, Larry did not have life insurance in place. This GoFundMe has been created to help Karen and the family with:
• Memorial and burial or cremation expenses
• Immediate household needs
• Temporary financial support as they navigate arrangements and the many unknowns that come with sudden loss

Any funds raised beyond service expenses will help Karen keep the home stable and provide breathing room as the family works through next steps during the grieving process.

Larry leaves behind his wife Karen, his children Brittany and Laura, and his cherished grandchildren Kayla, Amia, and Antonio. This fundraiser is being organized by a close family friend on behalf of his daughter Laura and the entire family.

If you’re able to donate, share, or simply keep this family in your thoughts and prayers, it means more than words can express. Your kindness will help ease the burden during an unimaginably difficult time.

Thank you for honoring Larry’s life and legacy.
