Hello my name is Anna Juarez and I am the Aunt to Laila Santiago. It is with broken hearts that we share the devastating news of the sudden and tragic loss of Laila, an 18-year-old with her whole life ahead of her. On October 6th, 2025, Laila was taken from us far too soon due to a tragic accident, leaving behind a family shattered by grief.

Laila was a bright light in the lives of everyone who knew her—kind, full of dreams, and loved deeply by her family and friends.

Her parents, Jennifer and Miguel Rodriguez, are now facing the unimaginable pain of losing their daughter. As you can imagine, this heartbreaking loss has come with overwhelming emotional and financial burdens. We are starting this GoFundMe to help ease some of that burden by covering funeral expenses, financial stress, and any unexpected costs that come with this tragedy.
