In Loving Memory of Kylie Hemmele

Kylie Roberta Mae Hemmele, a beloved daughter, granddaughter, sister, and friend, unexpectedly passed away the evening of August 11th, 2022. Her joy and laughter touched many who have since reached out to Kylie’s family with condolences, and the desire to contribute to her memory and her passions in her honor.

 As some of you may know, Kylie had struggled with anorexia for many years, and with the help of many people's support, Kylie was well into her recovery. Kylie had just graduated from Northern Arizona University with a dual degree in civil and environmental engineering. She looked forward to continuing her education and helping other students while working as a teaching assistant in one of NAU’s engineering courses.

 Kylie’s family would like to make a donation in her honor, to be used to support others going through journeys similar to Kylie's. If you knew Kylie and were lucky enough to be touched by her strength, quick wit, or knowledge, please consider making a donation with Kylie in mind.

A celebration of life will be held at a later time for those who would like to come to celebrate Kylie and her journey and accomplishments.
