The Seattle hockey community is deeply sadded for the loss of hockey mom Kristin Church who passed away on Saturday October 18th, 2025. Kristin and the Church family have been part of our hockey community for many years with friends across several local youth hockey organziations including Sno-King, Seattle Junior Mets, Red Hawks and the Washington Wild. Kristin was a dedicated volunteer and hockey mom.

This go fund me was created to assist with the weight of extensive medical expenses and needs for the family as they manage through this difficult time. Kristin will be deeply missed by her family (husband Shawn Church and children Ezra, CJ and Jamie), friends and our hockey community. Any assistance to support the family is greatly appreciated.
