The news of Ms. Kristie's unexpected and tragic death during a surgical procedure has devastated all of us. Words can hardly describe the incredible pain and sadness we feel. Ms. Kristie was undoubtedly one of the most beloved teachers at our school, but she was also the bright and caring daughter of my long time family friends James and Maria Ross. Ms. Kristie and her brother Jonathan grew up with my children and through the bonds of friendship we became closer than family. Throughout her 22 years of life Kristie left an unforgettable impact on her family, my own family, her friends, students, co-workers and countless others who had been blessed by her life. Her sense of humor, her personable qualities, and her contagious smile always filled our hearts and lifted our spirits.

 

Many people have asked me how they can collaborate or support the grieving family, and for this reason I have organized this fundraiser. Please find it in your heart to help the Ross family. Any contribution made in her memory will be greatly appreciated.

May her soul rest in peace with God in heaven. We will always love you Ms. Kristie!

La noticia de la muerte inesperada de Ms. Kristie luego de un procedimiento quirúrgico nos ha devastado. No hay palabras que puedan describir el dolor y la angustia que sentimos. Ms. Kristie no solamente fue una de las maestras más queridas de nuestro colegio sino la hija mimada y amorosa de mis grandes amigos James y María Ross. Ms. Kristie y su hermano Jonathan crecieron con mis hijos y nuestros lazos de amistad se transformaron en familiares. A lo largo de sus 22 años de vida Kristie dejó huellas profundas en su familia, mi familia, sus amigos, sus alumnos, sus compañeras de trabajo y en todo aquel que fue bendecido con su vida. Su sentido del humor, su calidad humana y su sonrisa contagiosa siempre llenaron nuestros vacíos y levantaron nuestros ánimos.

 

Muchas personas me han preguntado de qué forma pueden colaborar con su familia y es por eso que he organizado esta recaudación de fondos. Por favor encuentre en su corazón la manera de ayudar a la familia Ross. Toda colaboración realizada en su memoria será muy apreciada.
