In Memory of Kris Corrigan, Help Hospice and Final Expenses

Our family is heartbroken to share that our beloved mother/daughter/sister/cousin/friend/coworker, Kristine, known to most as Kris, and affectionately by some as Krystella, passed away this week after a difficult illness. She was 60 years old.
Kris had a warm personality, welcomed everyone into her life, and was always there to help family, friends, and even strangers. She loved pets and had a generous spirit that touched everyone she met.
After her brain surgery in May 2025, Kris’s scans were stable for months, giving our family hope. Sadly, she had to go on disability and could no longer work, which caused her to lose her previous health insurance and rely on limited coverage.
Over the past week, as she received hospice care at home, the outpouring of love for Kris showed just how many lives she touched. Dozens of friends came to visit, even when she was no longer very responsive, simply to sit with her and say goodbye. Her home was filled with flowers, cards, and countless messages from friends wishing her peace and comfort.
While we are grateful she was surrounded by so much love in her final days, our family is now facing the financial burden of medical care, hospice services, and funeral expenses.
We are starting this fundraiser to help cover:
• Medical bills from her recent care
• Hospice services and related costs
• Funeral and memorial expenses

Any donation, no matter the amount, will help ease the financial burden and allow our family to focus on celebrating Kris’s life and honoring her memory.
If you are unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser would mean just as much. Thank you for your kindness, support, and for keeping our family in your thoughts.
Kris’s love for people and animals, and her generosity of spirit, will be remembered by all who knew her.
