In Memory of Kimmy Phan
Donation protected
Dear Friends & Family,
With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Kimmy Phan, a devoted mother, grandmother, and friend, on March 30, 2025, at the age of 53.
On March 24, 2025, Kimmy was rushed to the hospital after experiencing trouble breathing caused by a severe throat infection. While in the emergency room, she suffered a cardiac arrest and was placed on a ventilator. Over the next week, she fought with incredible strength, showing signs of improvement. But despite her resilience, her body could not fight off the infection any longer, and she peacefully passed away on the morning of March 30 with her son and family by her side.
Kimmy’s life was defined by love, sacrifice, and generosity. As a single mother, she immigrated to the United States with her son, determined to give him a better future. She worked tirelessly to provide for him, never asking for anything in return. To Kimmy, wealth was never measured in money but in the pride she felt for the son she raised. Recently, she became a grandmother to Brooklyn, a role that brought her endless joy in her final months.
We are raising this GoFundMe campaign to help with funeral expenses and to support Kenny and Emily during this difficult time. Any contribution, no matter how small, will ensure Kimmy receives the beautiful farewell she deserves. If you are unable to donate, we ask that you share this page and keep her family in your thoughts.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your love and support. Kimmy touched so many lives, and we are grateful to everyone who holds her in their hearts.
