In Memory of Khanh La

Hello, my name is Jenni Chan. As a former Supervisor, Lead, and Associate for Trim 3 and IP Line, my Career at Tesla brought me very close to many great individuals. One of them being Khanh La. 

I was able to convince Khanh to join the Trim 3 Team to run the Production Line. With the help of my Leads (Erik Rocha, Phil Koga, Danny Pol, Karim El-Essawi, Steven Hong,  Michael Mendoza, & Jorge Cuadra), I knew we could overcome any obstacle together.  No matter how difficult the task may be, we supported one another until the job was done. 

On October 11th, my dear friend, Khanh La lost his battle with Lung Cancer. He fought for his life but sadly passed away. This is one battle we couldn’t fight together. Khanh leaves his family behind, none of which are equipped to deal with such a disaster. Khanh was a leader, my brother, and my friend. He touched the lives of many with his positive attitude and smile. He dedicated many hours of his life to his Team.

I would like to help offset the funeral costs for his family, (Betty Vo - his wife - will be withadrawing the donation) this was unexpected and nobody was prepared for such a tragedy.
