In loving memory of Kerrie

Hi Everyone,

On Friday 23rd October I received the shockingly sad news that my dear friend Kerrie Weston had past away due to complications relating to her diabetes. This was completely unexpected and sudden and I'm still in a state of shock.

Kerrie was just 43 and had lived with the condition all her life. She also lived alone, so quite tragically there was nobody around to save her life when she needed help. Kerrie was a very loving soul and always thought of helping others.

Just 3 short years earlier we also lost Kerrie's brother Phillip to Epilepsy aged just 38, so this news now is very difficult to accept. We are absolutely heart broken to lose them both in such a short space of time. They both had so much to live for.

My auntie Beryl now has to live with the fact she will never see her two children ever again. Managing her own illness and unable to get around she depended greatly on the support and care of her children. So the burden of trying to find the funds for second funeral in such a short space of time is going to be hard to carry alone.

Kerrie was like a big sister to me, our families are very close and they all helped me a great deal when I was going through the toughest times of my life. I love her and her family dearly and now it's time for me to try and help them.

I understand we are all going through a tough time right now. But even if you can help me raise just a little bit of money it's going to make a huge difference.

So please help me to help them in whatever way you can. ❤
