On Sunday April 21st we lost one of our brothers in blue. Kenneth "Kenny" Utsinger was the sunshine to anyone's cloudy day. From his radiant smile to his goofy jokes, Kenny was always the one looking out for everyone else. Voted "Most Inspirational" of the Rio Hondo Police Academy Class 207, even on his toughest of days, Kenny pulled through, inspiring others to do the same.

Kenny recently moved to California with his wife, Heather, and their two rescue dogs, aspiring to fulfill his dream of becoming a police officer. He courageously served the city of Montebello from July 2018 until his final day.

This fund is to help his wife through the days, weeks, and months to come in whatever way she may need. All donations in Kenny's memory are greatly appreciated.
