With Heavy Hearts, We Remember Kenny Randell

It is with heavy hearts that we reach out for support for the family of Kenny Randell—a proud veteran of the United States Coast Guard and a valued brother of Local One I.A.T.S.E.

Kenny was a devoted husband to Kim, and a loving father to Kaden and Kaylee. He was fiercely loyal, with a sharp wit and a big heart—an unforgettable friend to many, and, as he would proudly admit, a pain in the ass to a few. That was Kenny: genuine, unapologetically himself, and deeply loved.

Over the past few months, Kenny fought bravely while hospitalized at James A. Haley Veterans’ Hospital in Tampa, battling severe liver failure. Despite every effort, we lost him far too soon.

As we come to terms with this loss, we are rallying around Kim and the kids to offer the support they need during this unimaginable time. Any donation, no matter how small, will go directly to his family to help with medical expenses, funeral costs, and to ease their burden as they grieve.
