We are deeply moved and incredibly grateful for the outpouring of love, generosity, and support we’ve received over the past week. Thanks to you, we’re able to give Kelsy the beautiful send-off she deserves, without the added stress of financial uncertainty during this heartbreaking time.

Your donations have not only helped cover funeral and burial expenses, but they will also allow us to take the next steps in managing Kelsy’s affairs with care. Any remaining funds will be used to secure legal support to navigate her estate, and to help support her staff and keep her beloved care facilities running smoothly during this transitional period. Kelsy was larger than life.

She was bold, funny, vibrant, and fiercely loving. She was the kind of person who walked into a room and immediately made it warmer. She is truly unforgettable. She cared deeply for others and gave so much of herself to her family, her friends, and her community. To know Kelsy was to be changed by her light and sense of humor.

Her sudden and tragic passing has left an unimaginable hole in our lives. As we begin to process this heartbreak, we are trying to give her the kind of farewell she deserves. One filled with beauty, love, dignity, and dinosaurs if we can manage.
