In memory of Keanu and help with vet bill

A little over two years ago I rescued this adorable kitten from a tree but in so many ways she rescued me. She helped me attract my now fiancé, she learned to trust me as her first human companion and meowed her way into my heart. Keanu was the sweetest little furball and she loved cuddles and adventures! She was falling and limping on Tuesday so we took her to the vet. They ran a bunch of tests and found she had no white blood cells due to some infection or cancer. They came to the conclusion there is not much we could do to try to keep her alive. We made the extremely difficult decision to put her to sleep. We are devastated and so saddened by this loss of our sweet little girl. We also got stuck with a huge vet bill for all the tests and euthanasia and missed work due to being at the vet all day. We would really really appreciate any help you can give. This was extremely unexpected and, even with the savings we had, put us in a hard place financially.
