Thursday night, our dear friend Katya was tragically involved in a hit and run while walking across the street with two of her friends. The impact took the lives of her friends at the scene and Katya was rushed to the hospital in critical condition. She fought so bravely, but after fighting all Thursday night and Friday on life support, she passed away last night. Our hearts are completely broken. Katya was such a bright light, kind, loving, and full of life. Her loss has left an emptiness that words can’t describe. We are reaching out for support to help her family with her hospital expenses, legal costs, and funeral arrangements so her family and loved ones can focus on grieving and celebrating the beautiful soul she was.
