On Thursday, January 31st, our dear friend, wife, mother, and sister, Katrina Lenore Francis-Fitchett, was called home with the Lord. She leaves behind her parents, who will forever mourn the loss of their daughter; a devoted sister; her loving husband; two-year-old twin boys (Camden and Chase), who will only know their amazing mother through pictures and memories; as well as a host of other close family and friends. 
 
If you knew Katrina, then you knew that she was a kind soul who sought comfort in taking care of other people. That is why she fought long and hard to become a nurse, ultimately landing in the ER department in one of the best hospitals in Delaware. Hilariously funny, she took joy in being silly and turning your frown upside down. If you knew her well, she often liked to "stir it" which was a hilarious dance move. She saw the best in all of her family and friends and was always present for the important moments, even if she didn’t feel her best.

Today, we are creating this page to both honor Katrina’s memory and to extend help to her husband and family who must now care for and raise two young boys who no longer have their mother.  We are requesting donations to help with funeral expenses, medicals bills, and time off work. Whatever they need!
