In memory of Karen Hubbard

This GoFundMe page has been set up in memory of our dear friend and colleague, Karen Hubbard, who passed away on 1 March this year.

Karen faced a multitude of medical challenges in her 33 years, having been born with a rare form of polycystic kidney disease, which had led to her requiring a kidney transplant in her twenties. These challenges did not stop Karen from living life to its fullest and likely helped shape her unswerving positivity even in times of great adversity. Over the last year in which Karen was being treated for non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, she continued to bring sunshine and laughter to the lives of others.

Any funds that you choose to give will be sent to Karen’s devoted fiancée, Dom, to help him commemorate Karen’s life in the best possible way. In doing this, we aim to honour and carry forward the profoundly generous and kind spirit that Karen has shared with us all.
