In Memory of Karen Grace

On October 9, 2021 at just 86 days old, my youngest niece, Karen Grace left this world. Her father shared the following on Facebook:
“I don’t even know where to begin. This is hands down the hardest post I’m ever going to make. This past Saturday, our sweet baby girl Karen Grace went to be with her great grandmother, great aunts and uncles, and countless other relatives in heaven. We are still in shock that our precious girl could be taken from us so soon. She touched so many people with her infectious smile and her little squeal of a laugh. Words can’t begin to describe the heartbreak and the pain we feel. We are appreciative of the outpouring of support we have received from our families and friends. If there are any questions that NEED to be asked please direct them to me. At the same time we would ask everyone to please respect our privacy as we continue to grieve. Thank you all.
RIP my angel. We love you and miss you so very much.”
The loss of the youngest member of our family has devastated the entire family as well as creating a huge financial burden for her parents; my youngest brother Andrew and his wife Hannah.
Many of my friends and family have reached out asking how they can help the family. Many have suggested starting a GoFundMe for Andrew and Hannah to help cover medical expenses, funeral costs, lost wages while dealing with this tragedy, and therapy for the older brothers who witnessed the paramedics taking their sissy away. Anything contributed will go directly to Andrew and Hannah.
Services for Karen Grace will be held on October 22, 2021 at 3pm at:
Ammen Family Funeral Services
1001 Hickory St.
Melbourne FL, 32901
Even if you can’t donate, we ask for continued prayer for Andrew and Hannah to find comfort and healing from this tragic loss.
