In Memory of Kade Nelson

Kade passed away on February 22, 2020 from a car accident. He was a good, healthy, happy, caring and wonderful 16 year old young man with a very bright future.

Kade's passing is heartbreaking and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him, especially his family.
