Today on November 11,2025 there was a tragic accident and we lost Joshua Cox who left behind a wife a 2 kids who will need help in their time of loss.
Josh was a great man not because he sought recognition, but because he gave himself fully to the people and purposes that mattered most. As a husband, he built his marriage on trust, tenderness, and teamwork.
As a father, he delighted in his children. He listened to their stories, and taught them by example—to be kind, to be brave, to tell the truth, and to keep going. His pride in them was evident in his eyes long before it was in his words.
As a friend, Josh showed up—reliably, quietly, steadfastly. He had a gift for making people feel seen. He remembered your milestones, sat with you in your pain, and cheered for you when you couldn’t cheer for yourself.
Josh’s faith was the well he drew from daily. It shaped his character, guided his choices, and anchored him in storms. He served with open hands, forgave quickly, and loved deeply because he believed that’s what he was made to do.
We grieve because he mattered. We give thanks because he lived so well. And we honor him by continuing his work: loving our families faithfully, befriending one another generously, and walking by faith with courage and humility
