On March 24th, Josh Tuffy tragically suffered a sudden cardiac arrest and unexpectedly passed away at the young age of 44 leaving behind his family, his beloved wife Jaclyn and their 2 young boys, Joshua Jr. (5) and Johnathan (1). His young family is now faced with the unimaginable loss of their protector, provider, and supporter. This gofundme is in place to help assist Jaclyn and their children as they navigate this tremendous loss and ease any financial burden they may incur during this time.

Josh’s greatest joy in his life was being a father to Joshua Jr. and Johnathan and in his sons’ eyes he was a real-life superhero. He was a devoted husband to the love of his life Jaclyn who he adored and cherished. Their young family moved into their dream home last year, a dream that was many years in the making. Josh spent many hours in the yard with his sons playing and laughing. As a son, brother, friend, and more, he injected love and warmth into the lives of those around him. He was a loving and loyal son, a caring brother, a treasured friend to many, a valued employee and an unwavering Toronto Maple Leaf’s fan. Josh had an infectious smile and joyous laugh that was instantly recognizable. He brought an abundant amount of light and positivity to those around him and always went out of his way to uplift the people he cared about.

Josh was a kind and caring soul who always went out of his way to care for his loved ones. His unexpected passing is a profound loss – a life full of potential that was tragically cut short. The dreams he had, the plans he made, and the future he envisioned remain unfulfilled, leaving us all with a sense of what could have been. Yet, in our grief, we also remember the man that he was and feel an obligation to care for his family the way he would have wanted to. As Jaclyn, Joshua Jr. and Johnathan face the unimaginable, we come together in this most difficult time of grief and loss to support them and help them survive this terrible time.
