In Memory of Josh Largent

On January 10, 2023, Joshua Darin Largent, loving spouse and father of three, went into cardiac arrest at work and passed away at the tender age of 31.

As an avid outdoorsman, Josh loved any excuse to be out in nature: Hunting, Fishing, Hiking, off-roading, and dirt-biking. Even in his work, he loved the outdoors; Josh worked in the oilfields and in construction for over 15 years.

Josh was known for his hard-work ethic. He would help anyone in need, even if it wasn’t his part of the job.

Josh met the love of his life, Aleisha Putney-Brumfield, in 2012. They bonded over their love of dogs and their mutual love of the outdoors. After several months of dating, they married on top of one of their favorite mountains in the meadow on Owl Creek Pass.

Josh took on the responsibilities of not only raising Aleisha’s two daughters, but her two siblings, whom she had custody of.

Josh was best known for his shy and quiet nature but also his quick-witted humor.

He is survived by his wife, Aleisha, and daughters by love, Xavia and Savannah.

Josh chose to give life to others and was an organ donor who helped up to 80 individuals and their families.
