This fund is set up for Joseph Frank Bonomolo who passed away on October 18th, 2016. Joseph was our 13 year old son who left us suddenly, breaking the hearts of family and friends. Joseph was an incredible child who had been up against incredible challenges from day 1. Joseph had C.H.A.R.G.E. Syndrome which is accompanied by major affects including heart defects. Joseph had about every affect possible from C.H.A.R.G.E. Syndrome and so he had an open heart surgery at 5 days old and then again at 12 1/2 years old. Joseph was blind, deaf, had a tracheostomy and was fed through a g-tube yet he was an active, happy, smart and loving boy. After his 2nd open heart surgery, Joseph was really advancing in school and feeling much better than before his surgery. His personality really began to shine and we were preparing for big advances for him and for us. This is why it is so sad to report his untimely passing. Joseph is survived by his immediate family- Gwendelyn King (Mother), Joe Bonomolo (Father), and Sisters Chloe, Elizabeth, Jane and Penelope. Also, Joan Paredes was Joseph's Home Care Nurse of 6 years and is still a very important part of our family. With the help of loving parents and family Jo Jo thrived for 13 + years. Joseph will be dearly missed but not forgotten, living in our hearts and memories. The Family; Gwendelyn, Joe, Chloe, Elizabeth, Jane, Penelope, Great Grandma, Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends will carry on the memories of our sweet boy. The money will be used for Funeral costs and extra expenses incurred by Jo Jo's family at this very sad time. All contibutions are greatly appreciated by Joseph's family. Thank you.
