In Memory of Joseph “JD” Myers

On December 27th, 2024, the world lost a son, brother, and friend to a tragic car accident. Joseph Myers, or JD as many knew him, was a bright spot in any room you would find him in. Whether he was with friends, his family, at a demolition derby, fishing at Angostura, or watching his Iowa Hawkeyes play football, JD always put others first. His unwavering support for those around him, whether it be his family or friends, was always felt no matter the occasion. JD always put his family first, including his girlfriend Ashley and her daughter Zoie. The same level of support he gave others should be felt by the ones he’s left behind. If you can’t give monetarily, take a moment to give a prayer for JD’s family and friends as they try to navigate the times ahead without him.
