This fundraiser is about the loss of the nephew of a member of the Tovar Snow Professionals Family. She is pictured with Joseph. We are trying to raise money to help the Milligan family cover the unexpected funeral expenses and pay tribute to the loved one they have lost.

Joseph Edward Milligan, 35, passed away unexpectedly November 20, 2019. He was loved by many and would always put a smile on your face. He loved his family and always parted with an “I love you”. He has 2 daughters that he was very proud of and enjoyed spending time with. Kayla, 16, who is an amazing softball pitcher and Haley, 15, who is an energetic gymnast and cheerleader. The things he loved most was fishing, music, karaoke and playing guitar, especially Metallica. He will be missed deeply by everyone.
