In 2021, Jose became a part of the Clear Motivations family, beginning his journey through training at various sites. His dedication and hard work stood out, earning him a paid internship at his last site, Smart & Final—an achievement that reflected everything Clear Motivations stands for.

Jose was a shining example of perseverance. Even while facing health challenges, he remained committed to his goals, never losing faith in himself. His strength and determination inspired everyone around him, and his presence left a lasting impression on our team and community.

We are deeply saddened by the loss of Jose, and he will always be remembered for his spirit, resilience, and the light he brought into our lives.
