In memory of Johnny Burns

*update* there has been numerous emails from people who are looking to donate so will just leave it open till the month end then close it down, just want to thank each and every person who has donated and still donating. It’s very much appreciated and we will look to have a fantastic memorial bench in town and something within valefield park.

After speaking to Johnny’s mum, with funeral costs already covered, we thought it would be fitting for Johnny to have a memorial bench and a plaque in his memory.

everyone in kilbirnie knows johnny he was a very loved man in the town and would have given anyone his last penny. Johnny was also a fierce advocate for kilbirnie and all who live here.

let’s do the wee man proud.
