It is with unrelenting sadness that we announce the passing of Joseph Genovese. Joe, 48, was the Head of Materials Management at the Oceanside Library, where he worked since 1997.

Joe leaves a wife he loved deeply and twin boys, high school seniors, who were his absolute pride and joy.

Joe was kind, caring, and thoughtful--the perfect colleague and friend to those who had the great honor of working with him.

We will miss him dearly. His boys are heading to college next Fall--we would like to provide them with some assistance to help them in this terrible time.
