In Memory of Joanna: Funeral, Medical&her Children

Dear family and friends,

With a heavy heart I am seeking for your support during this difficult time.

My beautiful sister, Joanna, has fought hard against Ewing Sarcoma cancer. Never did I think I'd have to write this. My angel gained her wings at 26 years young, on July 14th, 2024.

 Joanna leaves behind 2 beautiful boys; a 7 yr old and a 3 yr old. Joanna is a mother, a sister, a daughter, an amazing friend. She lived life to the fullest, with no regrets. She saw the beauty in everything and everyone around her. She loved deeply and unconditionally. The most funniest, selfless, loving, joyful soul. To have known her is to have absolutely adored everything about her.

 Before her passing, she was terminated from her employer during her FMLA leave while in her fight against cancer. In result, she lost all her medical benefits and life insurance that she had. She instructed me to put money away, from her life insurance for her children if she ever passed. Unfortunately that is no longer available. There is no funds for services or for her children, and this has left our family in a financial crisis. I am asking my community for help to provide a beautiful celebration for her, and financial support for her babies. If I can do one last thing for her, it is to make sure her babies are taken care of. She deserves the world.

Your generous contribution will help us cover Joannas funeral expenses but also serve as a testament to the love and compassion she inspired in those around her.
