It is with great sorrow that we remember a long time team member of Cooper Spur Mountain Resort and Mt. Hood Meadows who passed away suddenly on November 23rd.

Jimmy Gerhardt loved Mt. Hood Meadows and Cooper Spur.  He grew up at Meadows, riding here since he was 5. He worked at Meadows  and Cooper Spur on and off since he was 14 (the last 16 years). Snowboarding, Mt. Hood and his home mountain, Mt. Hood Meadows, were all a part of who he was.

To honor his memory and provide support to his family and loved ones during this difficult time, this fund is created to help cover any expenses as they arise. The funds will be provided to his family as they see fit to cover the costs moving forward.
