In Memory of Jimmy: Fund His Final Farewell
Donation protected
This is Kelly and I am writing this on behalf of my brother, James or otherwise known as Jim, or Jimmy. Sadly, Jimmy has lost his fight with a very long and painful illness and has gone on to a better place free from the pain. Over the past several years he has overcome so many battles with his health and had baffled his own Doctors on his surviving against all odds. He has had countless surgeries, amputations, the loss of the use of hands, and complete kidney failure as well as many other ailments. He did not want to die and fought tooth and nail to stay with us. He did not not want to leave any of us behind and put up the bravest fight of anyone I have ever known.
He was there for anyone that needed him at any time day or night. Didn't matter if he was mad with you or not. All you had to do was call and he would be there. Of course he would let you know if he was upset with you or not but would still help any way he could. He had a big Irish temper but an even bigger heart!
During his health battle he unfortunately lost all of his assets and insurance policies. He was drained of everything financially and eventually of his life.
No matter how much time you think you have, you never ever truly have enough. We knew this was coming but didn't think it was time yet. Not with everything he has overcome. So even knowing it was inevitable it still comes as a bit of a shock.
My family and I are trying to raise the funds to honor his last wishes and give him the proper burial that he deserves. Our last gift to him that we can ever give him.
If you feel moved or so inclined to donate any amount, we will forever be grateful.
Rest in Peace Big Bro. You are already so missed!
*Funeral plans are in the works and I will update when they are set.
