In memory of Jim O'Rourke, a Scholarship for Adam

James Vincent O'Rourke passed peacefully on the evening of Wednesday, September 18, 2019, after a heroic and valiant 3 year cancer battle, at the age of 41. He is survived by a loving family and a phenomenal circle of friends.
We have received an overwhelming amount of support and requests to help during this time. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation in honor of Jim may do so here. All donations will be used to support Adam in his future and education to come.
Jim was meant to be a father and the greatest blessing in life was his son Adam. Adam resembles his dad in many ways, already possessing his athleticism, energy, kind nature and enormous hands and feet. Adam will be turning 2 in December and we plan to make sure Adam has the best memories of his dad. They are preserved in the stories, pictures and adventures we will pass on to him through Jim's family, friends and community.
