On July 7, 2025, we very suddenly lost our dear friend Jess Knight. I am organising this fundraiser on behalf of Jess's partner, Leong.

Jess was a wonderful writer, poet, performer, activist and artist, whose memoir Strange Little Girl was published in 2024. She was creative, sassy and hilarious; honest, brave and utterly herself.

Jess was a daughter, a sister, a partner, a cat mother, an aunt, a friend. She will be terribly missed and always loved.

As we prepare for Jess's funeral and end of life arrangements, we gratefully accept any donations big or small to assist in giving her the celebration she so richly deserves.
