It is with very heavy hearts that we are losing such an amazing soul. A life cut way too short.

Jerry was found by his neighbor this morning unresponsive on his kitchen floor after calling her minutes before to ask her to take him to the ER because he couldn’t breathe. She called 911 immediately. The EMTs worked on him for 45 mins before setting up the auto machine to continue CPR and got him to the hospital. There they worked on him for another hour. They were able to get his heart beating but he was placed on a ventilator. He was transferred to Madison where they preformed more testing and scans only to find that he had no brain activity.

We are waiting for his daughter to arrive in the morning to take him off of life support. He will be an organ donor as he would wish to do.

We want to give him a funeral he deserves.

We thank everyone for the support during this very difficult time.

His daughters are lost.
