In Loving Memory of Jennifer Lynn Smith

It is with great sadness and loss that we announce that, Jennifer Lynn  Smith passed away on April 14th, 2020. She is survived by her husband, Kurt Smith, parents, Sharon and George Moniz, grandmother, Reenie Moniz, brother, Charlie Moniz and Uncle, Mike Moniz .

Jen's passing was unexpected and has left Kurt heartbroken. Kurt is asking that in lieu of flowers to please donate to this fund. The proceeds will be used for final expenses and to make a donation to the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.
