Jeffrey W. Jerome, 28, of Tempe, AZ passed away January 8, 2021 in Tempe leaving behind his parents (Mike and Ruth Jerome) and brother (Sam Jerome) who love him more than words can express. All donations will help support memorial costs for the family as well as a memorial scholarship that the family has set up in Jeffrey’s name.
