In Memory of Jeffrey Allen Jacobs

Hi, my name is Carolyn. Along with my sister, Addy, we are raising funds to give our dad the best funeral and celebration of life that he deserves! Dad passed away at 1:19am on December 1st, 2022. He was a vibrant, very outgoing, old soul. He loved everyone and everyone loved him. The last thing we want to have to worry about is how to give our Dad a proper farewell. We would like to put together a nice traditional memorial service and then a big Celebration of Life for all of his friends and family. Thank you all!
