It is with a heavy heart that we inform you that one of our own, Jeff Diamond, passed away unexpectedly December 6th, 2020.
Jeff and his wife, Valarie, have played a great role in our pickle ball community.
You could always find Jeff on the court with a smile on his face! He was truly one of the nicest guys you could meet, and his energy was contagious. He lived life to its fullest with Val at his side for almost 50 years.
Some of you have reached out and asked how you can help during this time. Know that your kindness is much appreciated as his family navigates this heartbreaking moment.
We have decided to raise funds to honor Jeff's memory in support of his family. The funds will be collected to either sponsor a 5"x 7" bronze paver placed at the park to memorialize Jeff's life, or given to Jeff's family to fund Jeff and Val's favorite cause. It could also help with any expenses they have incurred due to Jeff's unforeseen passing.
