In Memory of Jeanne Edwards

Donation protected
With a heavy heart I pass along the news of the death of a wonderful co-worker, Jeanne Edwards. Jeanne was a victim of a terrible domestic violence incident that took her life prior to Thanksgiving. She is survived by her two children, Alex J. Edwards of Huntingdon Valley and Chase Thomas Edwards of Fort Knox, KY; her mother, Marie Provenzano Costello; and two brothers, James Costello and Michael Costello. She is also survived by her ex-husband, Billy Edwards of Hoboken, N.J., with whom she remained close friends.

Jeanne joined School Specialty back in February and her bubbly personality, her curiosity, and her love of sales force:) was enjoyed by all. Jeanne never met a stranger and if you were lucky enough to visit her hometown then you probably joined Jeanne for sushi at Ooka. Jeanne was confident and brave and had no problem harassing people about their favorite sports teams. The friendly banter was enjoyable around work matters and personal matters. Even though Jeanne was with our company for less than a year she made a big impression and she will be missed greatly.

In her honor and per her request we are collecting donations to be sent to Nicole's Place at Laurel House, which provides support to victims of domestic violence. Jeanne was must too young and full of life to be taken from earth this early.
