Hi, my name is Travis Callender, I’m raising funds in memory of my little brother, Jayden Callender, who passed away this week at just 15 years old.

In 2021, Jayden received a heart transplant that gave us hope and precious time together. This past year, his health declined significantly, and his journey became much harder. Jayden endured multiple episodes of cardiac arrest and faced every challenge with incredible strength and bravery that inspired everyone around him. He touched the hearts of his classmates, teachers, and even the hospital staff who cared for him. Jayden had a beautiful love for life, music, and Christ—he especially loved to sing, filling rooms with joy and faith even on the hardest days.

After our mom passed away from cancer, I became Jayden’s caretaker. From that point on, my life was focused on protecting him, advocating for him, and making sure he felt loved and supported through every hospital stay, appointment, and hard day. I did my very best for him, and I hope he always knew how deeply he was loved.

Jayden was more than his illness. He was a friend, a light, and someone who touched so many lives. The outpouring of love and memories shared about him shows just how special he truly was.
