In Memory of Jay Toledo
Donation protected
Jay Toledo, father, son, and friend, passed away on January 5, 2021 from COVID-19. With a broken heart, we share this news with you. Jay was only 35 and died in the hospital shortly after being diagnosed with COVID.
Jay will be remembered by all who knew him for his infectious laugh, his giant hugs, blinding smile, and his desire to be the best father to his children. Losing him leaves us at a loss, and it is a place that will never be filled.
Jay is survived by his wife, Blayre, three sons, and a daughter. We are asking for donations to help with Jay's medical bills and funeral arrangements. His family and children will be struggling with their grief, so hopefully we can help support them financially during this time to ease their burden.
All donations will be given to Blayre Toledo to cover Jay's funeral expenses.
Thank you for your love and prayers.
