On December 19th tragedy unexpectedly hit our family. The only father we have ever know passed away. Jay was a man who stepped up in more ways than one. He was a kind man who would have done anything for his wife and children. He was funny, smart and caring, and a provider for his family. Jay leaves behind his wife Tami, who he absolutely adored. He leaves behind two daughters and two sons, His wife is now the sole provider for their special needs son and Any contributions made will go towards funeral cost and providing for their two kids who still live at home along with providing for medical needs for their special needs son. Jay was such a special light In our family and was so extremely proud to be a husband, a brother, a son, a friend, and his favorite title of all. A father.
