In memory of Jay O'Neill

It is with a heavy heart that we share the heartbreaking news and sudden passing of our friend and colleague, Jay O’Neill.

Jay was a kind, hardworking, and generous soul who had only recently joined our team at Hiflow but quickly became a valued part of our workplace. Tragically, Jay leaves behind his two beautiful children — Charlotte (10) and Finn (12).

Jay was a devoted father. His love for Charlotte and Finn was obvious in every conversation. He would want to see them grow up happy, safe, and with every opportunity to follow their dreams!

In honour of Jay’s memory, we are launching this GoFundMe to raise funds to support Charlotte and Finn’s future education needs. Whether it’s contributing toward school supplies, tutoring, or future university expenses, every dollar raised will go directly towards helping them build a bright future — just as Jay would have wanted.

This is a difficult time for Jay’s family, and we hope this gesture can ease some of the burdens and ensure his children are supported as they navigate life without their dad.
