Hi, my name is Elvis Mejia, the uncle of Javier Nathan Mejia. Unfortunately, Javier was a victim in a tragic event that took place on September 11th, at the Lincoln Heights Fair, that led to his death at the age of 17. On that night, the entire family was shocked and devastated upon hearing that his life was taken. Javier was kind, funny, self-less and was also a big hearted person.
