In Memory of Javier Angel Marquez: A Joyful Spirit

Hello Everyone, I am Javier Angel Marquez’s mother, Selena Marquez. It is with deepest heartfelt sadness to inform you that Javier transitioned in the early morning of June 9th 2025. Javier was one of two sons. He was full of life, contagious energy and love for all, whom he met. He wore his heart on his sleeve and always had time to help a friend in any way he could to bring a smile to their face. He made everyone he met feel inclusive, wanted and appreciated. His love for music, socializing and being around others gained him love and respect from many. I could never have imagined the multitude of friendships, brotherhoods, and sisterhoods he had gained. Thank you.

This fundraiser is for EVERYONE who knew and loved Javier as so many have expressed. It is a way to give to him in support of his memorial service and final expenses.

I want to thank EVERYONE who has reached out to me, near and far, and for sending heartfelt condolences and photos of your memories.
