Truly a giant among men, Dr. Jason Tabick passed away suddenly on May 20th 2019 of a heart complication.
Jason was an incredible husband, wonderful friend, a pillar of the Crossfit 718 Community, and an insightful and caring doctor. We are completely devastated by this sudden loss. His memory will always hold a place in our hearts and at the box.
During this difficult time for Sandra and her family, we started this campaign to help support her. All proceeds will go to Sandra to ease the financial burden and assist with unplanned expenses.
A Funeral service for Jason will be held at Aievoli Funeral Home 1275 65th street, this Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9pm.
Friday morning a Memorial service will be held at Leffert's Park Church at 7524 14th Avenue at 10:00am.
