Three years ago, our PS234 community came together to support our beloved kindergarten teacher, Aislinn, during an incredibly difficult time. The response was overwhelming, and the love and generosity shown to Aislinn and her family was something we will never forget. Today, with broken hearts, we are coming together for Aislinn once again. Aislinn’s husband, Jared, passed away, leaving behind Aislinn and their beautiful 18 month old daughter, Saorise Grace. There are simply no words for the magnitude of this loss or for what Aislinn and Gracie are facing in the days ahead.

We have created this GoFundMe to help ease some of the financial burden for Aislinn and to give her the space to focus on herself and Gracie as they navigate life without Jared. Our hope is to provide support not just in these immediate days, but in the months and years ahead as Aislinn raises their daughter and begins to build a life around this unimaginable loss.
