In Memory of Jared Hunter

Jared was an integral part of the RDM team in the Snowy Mountains region for the last four years.

He was a valued employee, friend, work colleague, mate, leader and very loyal. He was multi skilled in many areas and always rose to the occasion when challenges presented themselves. He did love being in machines.

Jared did not shy away from difficult tasks, and always found ways to accomplish a goal. He did this with a smile on his face at all times. This is one of the reasons the boys loved working with Jared.

Jared worked on some fantastic projects such as the Jindabyne Ski Jump, Adaminaby STP, Eden Pond Liner, Nungatta Feral Proof Fence, and Mountainside Subdivision Jindabyne most recent.

Jared’s sudden passing has been a huge shock for everyone at work, and our thoughts and prays go out to his immediate family.

RDM is a family-owned business and has always been supportive of the people that work there. Jared has not only been a work colleague for many as he has always been there for his mates to help, support and guide those who have experienced difficult times. At all times Jared has shown that he was always prepared to put others ahead of himself and for that reason this legacy will never be forgotten within the RDM family.

As a token of support for Jared’s family, RDM have decided to set up a “Go Fund Me” page on behalf of Jared’s wife Skye and daughter Hannah so that anyone who can help the family for their future challenges can do so directly. I’m sure that this will be greatly appreciated by Jared’s family.
