On February 3, 2026, Jared Allen—known to many as “Mutters”—unexpectedly went home to be with the Lord.

While working around the house at his home in Tennessee, Jared suffered a sudden and fatal medical emergency.

Jared was a devoted Christian, a loving husband, and an incredible father. He was calm, straightforward, and steady in every situation, with a dry sense of humor and a warm, sincere smile that made others feel welcome and at ease. He loved God, his family, flying, and his church.

Jared proudly served over 20 years in the Navy and Air Force, flying the EA-6B Prowler and the EA-18G Growler. He also served as a Captain at FedEx and was deeply respected for his professionalism and character.

Jared leaves behind his beloved wife, Joy, and their three beautiful daughters: Audrey, Felicity, and Caroline.

Jared's Celebration of Life service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday February 13th at St. Patrick Church in Collierville, TN. We would be honored to have you join us as we celebrate the life, faith, and legacy of Jared Allen.

This fundraiser is being organized by Adam Kouloumoundras, a family friend, along with other friends to help support Joy Allen and the girls during this heartbreaking time. Donations will go toward funeral and memorial expenses, an education fund for the girls, and continued support for the family as they adjust to life without Jared. Joy will be the only beneficiary and will manage the funds.

Jared lived a life of service, faith, and love—and we want to honor him by surrounding his family with support.
